We will review all designs on a case by case basis and for overly complex design an extra charge may be required.
If you choose an item from the gallery remember to specify the reference number  in the order and send the design that you want on it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the customisation of 17 OLD SOULS products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hand-painted merchandise.
So when you order, please make sure that the item you choose is correct .
We do everything to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Any faults, or mistakes from our side (wrong designs, wrong size, wrong item ) need to be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
When washing your hand painted goods you should follow the instructions provided on the website to avoid any damage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each Item is unique made just for you. We have no existing stock of any of these products.
Before sending the purchase order, customers are invited to ensure they have read and understood the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and these Terms and Conditions.

Each item is different and entirely hand-painted so timing varies between 7 to 15+ days (20 - 40 hours) depending on the complexity of the design.
We can provide a vintage or brand new jacket based off your requested size and wash specifics if you do not have your own jacket.
We can provide a different kind and colors of hat, with and without mesh, junior and adult size.
We do not send progress photos, you will have to wait until the item is finished to see it. Don't worry, we won't mess up.
17OldSouls constantly checks to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate; this however cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a product, 17OldSouls will give the Customer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct Product price or cancel it.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The exact delivery period cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to respect the deadlines stated on the website.
We will be always in contact from order to delivery. Don't esitate to contact us for any question.
Please note that we only ship from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian local and national holidays. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, enters into physical possession of the goods.
